I seriously admire him being so confident n knowledgeable bout Earth, he’s basically like a lawyer handling a court case professionally. I need to become like him when I’m showcasing my exam project to my teacher, how does he even do it?

Hey! It's been a quiet night and I thought this would be a good opportunity to meet new people here and hopefully connect. It's not always easy meeting up with friends nearby with our busy schedules, so it would be nice to find someone to connect with and enjoy getting to know one another.
Some of my interests include, cooking, baking, listening and discovering music, video games, board games, watching TV series and movies, baseball, football, soccer and traveling.
Even if we don't share similar interests, hopefully we can connect and enjoy getting to know one another!
I am just traveling from kolhapur to nashik. Some feriwala got in the bus to sale some snacks at satara bus stop and what really made my day was "ज्याची बायको मुकी तोच खरा सुखी" this was written on his snack holder. Married people can you confirm if this statement is true or not. Also does that thing apply to girlfriends also. just curious
🚨Just IN: XRP Surges to Near $3 Mark, Meme Coins on XRP Ledger See Explosive Growth
In a thrilling turn of events, XRP has almost touched the $3 price mark, a level it hasn't seen since 2018. This significant surge is partly fueled by the resurgence of meme coins on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
The XRP community, often referred to as the "XRP Army," has been abuzz with excitement as their favorite token has shown remarkable resilience and growth. Over the past few weeks, XRP has rebounded from lows to hit a multi-year high of $2.86, and it seems the $3 horizon is now within sight.
The XRPL ecosystem has also witnessed an unprecedented boom in meme coins. Tokens like ARMY, XPILL, PHNIX, and RIPPIE have seen astronomical gains, drawing in traders from across various blockchains. For instance, ARMY's market cap skyrocketed from less than a million dollars to over $90 million before stabilizing, while newer coins like RIPPY and XPILL have recorded gains of over 17,000% and 13,000% respectively.
This surge in activity on the XRPL has not only increased the visibility and utility of the blockchain but also potentially boosted the valuation and market standing of XRP. With core on-chain metrics remaining bullish and trading volumes on the rise, the future looks promising for XRP enthusiasts.
The broader crypto market is also watching closely as regulatory developments, such as the upcoming change in the U.S. SEC leadership, could further favor the growth of digital assets. As the crypto landscape continues to evolve, XRP's recent performance has certainly made it one of the most talked-about cryptocurrencies.

I just received a Zoom invitation for a prospective PhD student session, and it turns out only six international students were invited - pretty cool, right? What’s wild is that I’ve interacted with almost all of them through a group/sub, so it feels like a small world.
Here’s what’s making me nervous, though: nearly all of them have at least one published research paper, while I don’t have any yet. It’s making me feel a bit out of my league, and I can’t help but think explaining my research potential might be tougher without publications to back me up.
For context, I do have relevant research experience, conference abstracts, and strong interests in the field, but this lack of papers feels like a gap. Any advice on how to approach this session and make a strong impression? Would love some tips!

TL;DR: quit any alarming drugs (not coffee) like nicotine or whatever and eat a vegetables/fruit-based die with meat "sparkled" on it. It should give your body the nutrients required to get knocked out at a certain time to sleep. Yes, it's that boring and simple.
I've struggled with a good healthy sleeping pattern ever since I was a teenager. I remember I had insomnia for days, and when I sleep, it's usually really short and I'd wake up multiple times in-between. It was really bad. Having a good night sleep was very rare, like once every semester or so. I truly struggled a lot. But it's gone really downhill during my freshman year.
I blame this on my first year in college. I used to wake up at 6am to get ready, take a special bus to take me to uni, arrive there at 8am, then at 6pm I'd make my way to the bus station and arrive at home at around 8:30pm. Then go to sleep at 1am due to homework and assignments. I really hated it. +2 hours of commute every day and rigorous academia messed up with my biological clock for life.
Ever since that experience, I can't sleep more than 5 hours. Like if I go to sleep at 10:00pm, I'd wake up at 3am like clockwork. It was insane. Constantly fatigued, constantly irritated... you know the drill. I had a tablet of a very strong psychedelics that enabled you to sleep for 7 hours or so but you'd start seeing things while sleeping. It helped, but obviously I abused it like a junkie and that was the lowest I've ever been.
Well, that's until a few months ago. I can finally say that I found something that worked.
First of all, I used to smoke or use some type of nicotine substance. My heartbeat would stay up for an unusual amount of time, especially at night and throughout midnight. When I smoke or use nicotine pouches, it stays in the +90bpm area constantly, and it only sorta starts going down at around 2am. When I saw a cardiologist, he told me it's unusual for healthy people but completely normal for smokers, and I got concerned for my cardiovascular health so I mustered what I had of willpower left and quit smoking in October.
Now, I noticed something ever since I quit. My aim was to keep my BPM lower than 80 (so in the 78bpm area). However, when my BPM goes to those lower ranges, I automatically start feeling sleepy lol. The easiest way for me is to lie on my back during the day for 30 mins or so and my BPM goes down. Now, feeling sleepy is not the same as sleeping, I'd feel sleepy during the day but I won't fall asleep. Hope that makes sense. And this was the first key to the puzzle.
First 2 months after quitting my sleeping was rocky, but increased in quality substantially. I'm measuring it and I am getting more ERM and deep sleep for sure. However, still sleeping 5 hours at night, still not being able to continuously sleep through the day.
And then a month ago I finally switched my diet. I went from eating eggs and veggies as a small breakfast then rice and chicken then some nuts in the evening following bro diet, to a plants-based diet but not vegan because I still eat meat.
Now I skip breakfast altogether (feels more natural to me due to my OMAD upbrining) and in the morning I'd eat a banana and an apple or an orange, and at noon I'd eat 3-4 eggs with 2 whole-grain toasts on the side and 1 piece of every vegetable I can find in the supermarket, carrot, eggplants, cucumber, tomato, pepper...etc. I'd do minimal frying except for onion, mushrooms, and pepper, and just devour that meal like a caveman. This already gives a great boost in nutrients required for the body. I can't be arsed to count how much but I know it's getting the trick done.
In the evening, I'd eat 2-3 low-sugar chocolate bars (minimal processed food), and I'd also eat 2 smalls bags of nuts (almonds, sunflower seeds, snacky sausages...etc). Something fatty to stay full. And for the rest of the day, I'd just fast and only drink water, maybe eat an apple or a banana at some point. I eat a variation of this every single day.
And oh, my, god, at 11pm, every single night, I start feeling drowsy. And not just "sleepy" but actually dizzy, like everything becomes delayed with 1s, no matter the context, no matter the place, no matter what I do, I feel like I could lie on the bed and sleep immediately, which is ALWAYS the case. When I sleep following this diet, I started getting deep sleep not only in the first few hours of my night, but also towards the end which to me is unheard of. And now, I'm average 7 hours of sleep every night, which I can't really ask for more. I feel like a god waking up now. On a really bad night, I sleep 6 hours now, on very good nights, 8 hours, but normal days, between 6h and 50m to 7h and 20m.
It says it in the title my friends do not have the 3 multi player achievements I just need the multi player achievements (you meet to have repentance+ beta DLC.)

First time home buyer, bought an EIFS house built in mid 90's back in 2021 in Midsouth US. When I first saw the house on listing website, it was advertised as a 'stucco' house but they didn't specify if it was traditional or synthetic (EIFS) stucco. I placed an offer and was accepted. I later received the seller disclosure form and one of the question was whether any part of the property is covered with exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) or synthetic stucco and the seller answered 'No'. Mind you the seller owned the place for more than 20 years. I proceeded with regular home inspection and was told by the inspector that he found cracks on the wall and was advised to have it repaired and further evaluated by a stucco inspector. This is the part where it is confusing, there are 'stucco' and 'EIFS' siding material options in the report and the inspector ticked the 'stucco' option instead of 'EIFS' but he mentioned about the moisture retention issue in his comment. Judging with the knowledge I have right now, it seems he knew the exterior wall is EIFS because of his comment but why did he not specify that? My realtor then requested the seller to repair the damage by a stucco specialist but no further evaluation was done.
Fast forward a year after the purchase, I noticed hairline cracks on the wall and decided to look it up online to fix it myself, that is when I learned how to differentiate between traditional and synthetic stucco. However, during that time I have forgotten about the seller disclosure and inspection report. It is until recently i have decided to sell the house and my agent has requested to have my wall inspected before listing it due to the same EIFS question in the disclosure form. I started digging out the disclosure form and inspection report when I purchase the house and i felt like i was given false information to proceed with the purchase. Thing is i could be more vigilant about buying an EIFS house because the disclosure form specifically urge any buyer or seller to inspect the wall for moisture accumulation or moisture related damage.
Is there anything i can do about this? Or this is my own fault of being ignorant?
Grateful for your input!
I'd love to hear from people who had big/exciting/happy things happen in their lives after getting sick, especially if you were ever severe. It would just be nice to imagine one day something could happen that isn't just me staring at the same four walls and going on Reddit lol.
Can somebody please tell/show me how can I draw from a lizard pov which is on the top right corner in the room looking down. And which prospective to use.
